After you inputted information and answered. You will received auto-email to inform our processing period for preliminary logos. The due date will follow as describe in each package.

At the due date, you will receive an notification email and you can check your preliminary logos on our website by use the same USER ID and PASSWORD before.

For this step you will select one from all of concepts (logo types) and tell us by write down in the message boxes on the same page or call us to choose or explain. Also you can pick up some details or pieces from different concepts and mix together. Then we will work on one concept since this step. After this step you have only one type for revising.

Case 2 |

If you are not happy for any concepts you can cancel or tall us to stop the process and then we will return money back to you by transfer. We have to ask you to give us your bank's account so that we will transfer to you on 2 two days (include cancel day). If you have not received in 2 two days, please tell us asap. Then we will follow the process as much as we can. (as our policy).

STATIONERY process |

After the final logo finished. We will move on to design business card, letterhead, envelope the processing period will rely on package. You will receive an notification email for our the processing period.

If you would like us to change or revise you can write down in the message boxes on the same page or call us to explain.

Once you approve the final stationary design you will get all of these files; EPS, PDF and we will give you FONTS used in the stationary from us by email only. For the FONTS, it will be used when you have some details changing in the future such as New Company address, new telephone number and so on. EPS for changing the detail (vector editing software; illustrator) and PDF is only for preview file.

After you finish both of processes you will receive auto-email inform the our processing period for preliminary stationerys. The due date will follow as describe in each package.

| Refund policy |
After, we received the money. We will follow our processes until the preliminary logos come out the preliminary logos or the preliminary stationery. At this step if you are unhappy with any of the concepts and do not want us to proceed the next step, you can cancel the project and we will charge you only Baht 1,000 (minimum charge).
|
If you select a concept and request revisions or changes for the next step, then there is no refund in any cases since or refund policy will be applied to the cancellation on the preliminary concept only.
|
For Agents, resellers and partners will be charged in full amount based on each package which is non refundable.
